Free Estimates

A free estimate is for new installations only (e.g. boiler, bathroom, cooker, taps). An engineer will meet the customer to plan and price an estimated cost for works, to be carried out from a visual inspection only. Any unforeseen extra work will be discussed with the customer.

Faults / Breakdowns
Faults and Breakdowns can happen at any time, regardless of use or the frequency of maintenance the appliance has received. A fault or breakdown analysis is not a free service, the customer will be charged accordingly for the time spent on diagnosis, the part and the repair. If the appliance can not be repaired due to parts availability, only the time spent on diagnosis will be payable. If the customer decides to use us to replace the appliance, the diagnosis labour charge will be deducted from the new installation cost. An appliance age has a huge impact on parts availability, price and stock held at merchants. Parts may even need to be ordered direct from the manufacturer, which will take additional time.
